The following “Jobs Terms of Service” (collectively, the “Agreement” and/or “Site(s) ) govern all use of this portion and service of the We Are TX Businesses & Communities Site(s) and all content and services available at or through this portion of the Site(s). The Site(s) is owned and operated by We Are Enterprises LLC. The Site(s) is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies ( including, without limitation, We Are TX’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site(s) by We Are Enterprises LLC.
By accessing or using these Job Services on the Site(s), you are agreeing to these Jobs Terms of Service and the overall We Are TX Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and conclude a legally binding contract with We Are TX. Please do not access or use our Site(s) if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by these Jobs Terms of Service, the We Are TX Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy.
At any time We Are TX may change these Jobs Terms of Service by notifying you of such changes by reasonable means, including by posting a revised Jobs Terms of Service here on this site. Changes made to the site will not apply to any claims made prior to the date on which is posted on the most revised Terms of Services. After any changes to these Terms of Service, access and use to the service and site will constitute acceptance of the new Terms of Service. The “Last Updated” notation at the bottom of each Terms of Service page will indicate when they were last changed. We may, at any time and without liability, change or discontinue all or part of these Services and/or Site(s).

Users
This service of We Are TX is available for use by individuals searching for personal employment opportunities ( “Job Seekers” ) and by business and/or organizations ( “Employers” ) looking for Job Seekers, or wanting to provide information to the public about employment opportunities.
By utilizing this service as either an Employer or Job Seeker you acknowledge and agree that use of this service for any other purposes not outlined in these Jobs Terms of Service forfeits all rights of the user to access these services and the We Are TX website.
By utilizing this service as an Employer or Job Seeker you are agreeing on behalf of yourself or the Employer or Job Seeker you represent that you accept and will abide by all details outlined in these Jobs Terms of Service.
Job Listings
All Job Listings are free to post for Employers and upon submission available to visitors of the Site(s) to view and submit job applications towards. All listings have a 90 day expiration date and will no longer be viewable once marked as filled or expired.
By submitting a Job Listing through the We Are TX Site(s) you are authorizing We Are TX to make available the information you have submitted to Job Seekers and authorizing them to contact you via the means selected and/or available including email and phone.
To post a Job Listing the Employer must be a registered user of the We Are TX Site(s) and logged in.
We Are TX can not confirm the accuracy or completeness of any Job Listings or additional information submitted by any Employer, including the identity of such Employer and their contact information, other than that of their registered user email and profile information.
We Are TX assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listings listed on our Site(s) or other Employer information provided away from the We Are TX Site(s).
We Are TX does not choose any questions asked by Employers in listings or decide the job qualification criteria of Employers.
Job Applications
Job Applications may be submitted by Job Seekers to any Job Listing posted by an Employer regardless if they are registered or non-registered users of the We Are TX Site(s).
We Are TX can not confirm the accuracy or completeness of any Job Application submitted by Job Seekers or additional information, including the identity of such Job Seekers, their contact information or qualifications for the listing submission.
By submitting a Job Application through the We Are TX Site(s), Job Seekers are authorizing We Are TX to make available the information submitted to the Employer, including personal information and contact information such as email and/or phone numbers.
Once Job Applications are submitted to an Employer in any form We Are TX does not have control over the Employer’s use or disclosure of the information disclosed. All requests for the Employer to delete, modify, or maintain privacy over any such information, must be made directly to the Employer.
We Are TX does not guarantee that Employers will consider any such applications submitted through our Site(s) or make any particular determinations for employment by them.
Our website and company cannot make any guarantee regarding health and safety measures in an Employer’s hiring or interviewing process.
We Are TX does not guarantee the accuracy or validity of any Job Listing or subsequent job offers extended by Employers and cautions Job Seekers to verify the validity of a job offer before taking an adverse action regarding their current employment situations. Job Seekers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Employer or job offer.
Employer and Job Seeker Communications
We Are TX is not responsible for the messages, screener questions, skills assessments or additional communications between Employers or Job Seekers. We Are TX does not guarantee receipt of applications by the Employer, or receipt of messages by either the Employer or Job Seeker.
